Pineapple & Spinach Smoothie

We have used Chia seeds in this smoothie which are understandable in all supermarkets in the healthy food aisle. Chia seeds can naturally boost your dynamism and totaling happening your brain, heart and skin health. Chia Seeds are the richest forest based source of omega-3, protein, dietary fibre and antioxidants available.

Ingredients
2 tbsp. natural yoghurt
Handful of spinach
banana, ripe
tsp. chia seeds
cup milk, low fat
120g pineapple, spacious
6 ice cubes
Method
Place all ingredients into a blender and join up until all mild.
Drink and enjoy!
