2. Stop smoking
You have to stop smoking in order maintain the elasticity of your skin. When your skin loses its elasticity, then you are likely to be dealing with a fast aging skin and speeding up with wrinkles. While for passive smokers, avoid environments with smokers around.
3. Use sunscreen
By using sunscreen daily, you prevent the breakage of your connective tissues caused by UV rays. Not only that, you also prevent cancer.
4. Get enough sleep
Have a good nap in the evenings. This is proven to help keep those lines away.
5. Avoid stress
When you’re stressed up, you tend to develop some stress related wrinkles on your face due to squirting too much. Relax to keep them away. Take deep breaths whenever you feel depressed.
6. Sleep on your back
Sleeping on your backs don’t help in preventing them. But not sleeping on your sides does. When you sleep on your sides, you’re at risk of developing them on your cheeks and chin. Hence, sleep on your backs.
7. Avoid washing your face too frequently
Washing your face twice a day would do more than good to prevent them. If you wash your face frequently, all your natural oils will be stripped out. And the lines may begin to form.
